I absolutely love the health coaching program with Debbie Katz. It goes so far beyond the nutrition. Debbie has given me tools to adjust to what I am going through at that exact time. I went into the Walnut Lake Wellness program as a dedicated exceriser who continued to gain weight. I was extremely frustrated and out of ideas of what to try next.
